SI ASHA OS

Thoughtful about your information.

This is a development implementation of Si Asha OS. The included people and operational records are examples for testing. Do not enter real beneficiary records or confidential HR information in this instance.

What this version stores

The application stores accounts, role assignments, sessions, tasks, messages, Foundation Desk requests, document versions and audit events, along with the connected staff lifecycle records. Staff KYC and uploaded files are encrypted; medical reports require a separate permission in PostgreSQL. It uses an essential session cookie and an optional school-selection cookie. The latter only narrows authorized access. No analytics or optional advertising cookies are installed.

Who can access records

Gateway, role-template, individual permission, entity and channel membership checks run on the server. A selected school also narrows queries and writes. Staff access is limited to their assigned scope; some records also require direct ownership or leadership permission.

Before operational use

The Foundation must approve its privacy notice, retention periods, lawful processing arrangements, administrator responsibilities and process for access or correction requests. This page describes the development implementation and does not substitute for an approved organizational policy.
