A little help, when you need it.
Create an account using signup, or sign in with the account assigned by your Si Asha administrator. New accounts wait for administrator approval and assigned access. The four gateways are Team, Students & Parents, Donors & Partners, and Suppliers & Contractors. Your account, chosen gateway, assigned schools, roles and individual permissions determine access.
Need help signing in?
Contact your school manager or Foundation administrator to recover access or confirm your email. Password recovery by email will be added later.
Foundation administration
Foundation Admin → Administration → Schools creates schools without developer help. Users adds a person; Roles & Access gives one or more schools and role presets. Individual permission changes and approval limits are available under advanced settings. A school selector appears for foundation and multi-school Team users; single-school staff do not need one.
Missing a school, channel or document?
Ask your administrator to check your entity assignment, role and channel membership. Staff cannot access another school simply by choosing a different portal.
